The state wanted to utilise the infrastructure created by Kudremukh Iron Ore Company, which has shut its operations since 2005 under a Supereme Court order, he told the press here after reviewing the situation in naxal areas with top police officials.

The strenght of the Anti-Naxal Force (ANF) will be increased to 1117 from 543, Prakash said.
